My STORY

My father introduced me to hunting at a young age, fueling my passion for the outdoors. I'll never forget my first buck with a bow; it was a close vocal encounter with a mature 17" wide, 8 point on a scrape. I remember all the nerves. My body trembled in fear and excitement as I let the arrow fly. It connected with the buck. He took off running, eventually going down within eyesight. The feeling I experienced that night goes on with me today and each and every season. It is a feeling I never want to forget and would like to relive every single year. Since then, I have expanded my knowledge of the sport. Through countless hours of research, I learned how mature bucks utilize and navigate properties. I have changed tactics tirelessly as I chased the next mature buck. I realized the importance of sanctuary cover and using the topography of the land, wind, thermals, and nutrition to my advantage. At the age of 16, I began planting trees on our family farm. I thought I was improving our habitat, but truthfully, most of those trees didn't survive. I planted the wrong varieties, and I didn't protect the trees properly either. I had no idea what I was doing. I knew I needed better and more cover, and better food sources; however, I put trees and food plots in random and incorrect places. Through trial and error, I learned from my mistakes. Finally, I decided to go all in. I hired arguably one of the best consultants in the US today, and that's when it all started to click. Since then, I have planted thousands of trees and multiple acres of switchgrass. I added cover, removed cover, and directed deer to go where I want them to go. I've discovered what trees, shrubs, grasses, and food plot seed to implement and where to do it successfully. Part of this plan included controlling invasive monocultures. I am humbled to be able to offer my services to you. I can spare you from wasted time, stress, and the mistakes I once made while together we create the property you always dreamed of.

Isaiah 43:18-19 Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
